Dallas started full-time at LifeChurch.LA in 2002. He served as Student Pastor for 9 years then as Young Adult/Associate Pastor for 3 years before transitioning to Lead Pastor in 2015. Dallas now runs the ministry alongside his wife Paige as they continue to grow and cultivate a church and community that loves God and loves people well. Dallas has a Bachelor of Theology from Christian Life School of Theology.

Paige has been serving the church in different capacities over the last 20 years.  However, she came on full-time staff in 2015 when her husband Dallas became Lead Pastor.  Paige oversees the daily activities of the ministry and serves as the Executive & Worship pastor.  Dallas and Paige have four children; Emma, Paisley, Hope, and Judah.  

Tim and Shasta Higdon joined the LifeChurch.LA staff in 2020 and serve in many capacities here. They oversee our Ruston campus youth and young adult ministry. Pastor Tim also leads our media team while Pastor Shasta leads our guest services team. Ultimately, they just want to point people to Jesus and walk that relationship out with them.

Chad and Erin joined the LifeChurch.LA staff full-time in 2023 and serve as our Jonesboro Campus Pastors. They have been a part of the church for many years and have served in many other capacities up to this point, including media team and LifeGroup pastors. Their entire mission in life is to love God and to love people well. Chad and Erin love the outdoors and love spending time with their daugther Milliann.

Sommer is director of LifeChurch.LA Preschool and also in 2019 became the director of Children's ministries for Sunday and Wednesdays.   She would not be able to do so without incredible team members that have many years of experience in helping the Children's Ministries.   To see the whole team click here.

Linda started as part time Nursery Director in 1995; however in 2004 she was hired as our full-time Financial Administrator.  She spends the majority of her time managing the finances of our two campuses as well as our two childcare facilities. 

Amber Thomas has a passion for the families of LifeChurch.LA. She not only understand the importance of introducing Jesus to children at a young age, but also the importance of loving and being a support to the parents of these children. We are beyond blessed to have her on the LifeChurch.LA leadership team. Amber enjoys spending time with her family in her free time. She is married to Mark and has three sons.

Heather is the Daycare Director at our North Campus Preschool.  Prior to that location opening in 2016, Heather worked at the South campus.  She and her staff are passionate about children and their learning at every age and developmental stage.
