LifeChurch.LA is made up of people just like you who have chosen to serve their community with the incredibly great news of Jesus Christ. The heart we have can not be described better than Ephesians 1: 18-20 "I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people, and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is the same as the mighty strength he exerted when he raised Christ from the dead."
Lead Pastor
DALLAS WITT
Dallas started full-time at LifeChurch.LA in 2002. He served as Student Pastor for 9 years then as Young Adult/Associate Pastor for 3 years before transitioning to Lead Pastor in 2015. Dallas now runs the ministry alongside his wife Paige as they continue to grow and cultivate a church and community that loves God and loves people well. Dallas has a Bachelor of Theology from Christian Life School of Theology.
Executive Pastor/Worship Pastor
PAIGE WITT
Paige has been serving the church in different capacities over the last 20 years. However, she came on full-time staff in 2015 when her husband Dallas became Lead Pastor. Paige oversees the daily activities of the ministry and serves as the Executive & Worship pastor. Dallas and Paige have four children; Emma, Paisley, Hope, and Judah.
Student & Young Adult Pastor
ANDREW RICHARDSON
Andrew was born and raised as part of the LifeChurch.LA family. He serves as our full-time Student/Young Adult Pastor. He has a heart to see our young people know God and to be consumed with passion for Him. Also, Andrew is a dynamic part of our worship team and leads teams for our youth and young adult ministries.
LifeKids & Office Assistant
LAYNIE PYLE
Laynie joined the LifeChurch.LA staff full-time in 2025 and is our LifeKids Assistant Pastor as well as our Office Assistant. She has been a part of the church for many years and has served in Kids since 2018. Laynie's goal in life is to bring light into every room she walks into.

SOMMER RICHARDSON
Sommer is director of LifeChurch.LA Preschool and also in 2019 became the director of Children's ministries for Sunday and Wednesdays. She would not be able to do so without incredible team members that have many years of experience in helping the Children's Ministries.
Financial Administrator
LINDA YOUNG
Linda started as part time Nursery Director in 1995; however in 2004 she was hired as our full-time Financial Administrator. She spends the majority of her time managing the finances of our church campus, as well as our childcare facilities.

AMBER THOMAS
Amber Thomas has a passion for the families of LifeChurch.LA. She not only understands the importance of introducing Jesus to children at a young age, but also the importance of loving and being a support to the parents of these children. We are beyond blessed to have her on the LifeChurch.LA leadership team. Amber enjoys spending time with her family in her free time. She is married to Mark and has three sons.
North Ruston Daycare Director
HEATHER DIXON
Heather acts as Director at our North Campus Tutoring Center. Prior to that location opening, Heather worked at the South Campus. She and her staff are passionate about children and their learning at every age and developmental stage.
